Descripción
The Weishaupt WKG70/1 DN100 ZM-1SF gas burner, art: 27773916, is designed for use in industrial and technological processes requiring high performance and reliability, as well as economical resource consumption. It operates under microprocessor control. The use of hot flue gases to generate additional thermal energy can increase the efficiency of the heating installation by 8-9%.
Gas Types
The burner is used for burning natural gas E, LL, and liquefied gas B/P. It has been tested and certified for use with these gas types. For other applications, agreement with the manufacturer is required.
Characteristics and Features:
- power supply from 230 V / 50 Hz network;
- type of regulation: smooth two-stage / progressive;
- power range: 1000-8000 kW;
- Class 1 standard EN 676 for emissions of nitrogen oxides into the atmosphere;
- noise level: 82 dB;
- increased efficiency due to heat recovery.
Digital Control
The gas burner, which can be purchased on the website, is equipped with a digital combustion manager. The automation optimizes combustion parameters, controls all processes, allows you to reproduce previously entered settings, and ensures safe, efficient and economical operation. The furnace automation performs the following functions through connected devices:
- control of gas and air pressure;
- checking the tightness of gas valves;
- power regulation;
- monitoring the operation of components and the system as a whole;
- test indication;
- communication with the higher-level system.
The settings of the burner operation are adjusted using the control and indication unit (CIU). A system bus interface is provided to expand communication capabilities.
Design and Functions
- Modular design. Due to the modular design (separate placement of the control cabinet, fan), the burner can be used to solve a variety of specialized tasks.
- Mixing device. The mixing device allows you to obtain a homogeneous mixture of gas and air and improve the quality of combustion.
- Increased efficiency. Due to the high temperature of the heat transfer medium, the flue gases are heated and can be used to generate additional thermal energy. Heat recovery is carried out through a heat exchanger in the chimney, increasing the boiler efficiency by 8-9%.
- Special thermal insulation. The burner is designed to use air heated to 250 °C. Reinforced thermal insulation is used for this purpose, which significantly reduces the temperature on the surface of the housing, as well as contributes to minimizing sound pressure and vibration.
- Startup at reduced power. The burner starts with the help of an additional ignition device. For ignition, only a small amount of gas enters the furnace, after which the burner switches to standard operating mode, taking into account the settings.
- Gas valve train. A double solenoid valve of class A, in accordance with EN 676 standard, is used as a gas valve train in the burner. Other valve train elements can be purchased on the website. The combustion manager performs a leak test of the valves.
- Shutdown with low load. In a normal situation, shutdown occurs with a low load, which eliminates pressure surges in the gas supply line.
- Accessibility of main components. A well-thought-out design with an opening housing provides easy access to settings and serviceable units, which speeds up and simplifies service operations.
Restrictions on location and operating conditions
To ensure safe operation and efficient operation of the burner, the following requirements must be observed:
- place the burner only inside closed rooms;
- maintain temperature regime: -20°...+70 °C, humidity up to 80%;
- ensure the absence of condensation;
- use only dry, clean air for combustion, without dirt, dust, aggressive substances (fluorides, chlorides, halogens, etc.).
A modification for installing the burner in unheated rooms is available upon request. If it is impossible to meet the requirements for the air used, the manufacturer recommends installing an air intake system from outside.
Main advantages:
- power regulation in a wide range;
- reinforced thermal insulation of the housing;
- high accuracy of control by the digital combustion manager;
- increased efficiency when using flue gas heat;
- electronic linked regulation;
- reduced start-up power;
- modular design;
- standard shutdown with low load;
- information bus interface;
- convenient access to settings and serviceable unit.
Application
The Weishaupt WKG gas burner is used in powerful industrial equipment. It is built into steam, heating, water-heating boilers, air heaters and other devices that meet EN 303 and EN 676 standards.
