Fully automatic industrial burner with digital control for efficient gas combustion. The design is adapted for operation with heated air. Rational use of the heat of flue gases in high-temperature boilers minimizes electricity consumption and increases efficiency.
Features burner mod. ZMH-NR:

Hot air for combustion
Due to the reinforced thermal insulation and a separate fan for cooling the control unit and flame sensor, the burner can be used in high-temperature boilers. The air temperature can reach +250 °C. Recovery of heat from flue gases heated to high temperatures allows an increase in thermal efficiency by 8-9%. A heat exchanger is installed in the chimney to obtain thermal energy.
High accuracy and reliability of control
The Weishaupt WKG 50/1-B, DN 40, mod. ZMH-NR gas burner, art: 27750512 operates under the control of the W-FM100/ 200 electronic combustion manager, which guarantees adherence to set parameters and efficient combustion. The automation unit supports the interconnection of connected devices, monitors leaks, gas and air supply. It reacts to malfunctions by blocking the system.
The linked control system with enhanced interference protection of the CAN bus maintains the fuel-air ratio with digital accuracy.
The W-FM interface provides the ability to connect the burner to a personal computer with appropriate software, the CAN information bus and a centralized control system. Communication via the Internet, telephone or mobile network is available when using a modem.
Communication with the user is carried out using a separate control and indication unit equipped with a display, multilingual indication, and a memory module.
Additional devices
With optional devices, the functions of the W-FM100/200 can be expanded. Installing an O₂ module allows you to monitor the oxygen content in flue gases and adjust the air supply for combustion. When using a frequency converter, the automation unit optimizes the number of revolutions of the fan motor shaft. Oxygen and frequency control modules reduce electricity consumption and increase the efficiency of the combustion system.
Operating conditions
The Weishaupt WKG gas burner is designed for operation in dry closed rooms with a temperature of -15…+40 °C and a humidity of no more than 80%. Installation outdoors and condensation are not allowed.
