High-tech gas burner with digital control and the ability to integrate into centralized systems. Prepared for high-temperature operation, increasing combustion efficiency. Operates in continuous and intermittent mode. Power control range: 450-3600 kW.
Features burner mod. ZMH-NR:

- smooth two-stage power control, switching of load level without gas consumption surges;
- electronic flame modulation when installing a power regulator (option);

High-temperature design
The burner is adapted for operation with hot air. Due to heat recirculation, the thermal efficiency of the boiler is increased. To obtain and use the thermal energy of flue gases heated to high temperatures, a heat exchanger is installed in the chimney. The increase in efficiency reaches about +8-9%. A separate fan is used to cool the control unit and flame sensor.
Progressive combustion technologies
The Weishaupt WKG 50/1-B, DN 125, mod. ZMH-NR gas burner operates under the control of the W-FM automaton. The electronic unit maintains the connection of connected devices, ensures the execution of software algorithms, and quickly reacts to failures. Supports safe and efficient operation of the combustion system.
The W-FM interface allows embedding the burner into a higher-level control system, connecting to a personal computer (with specialized software), CAN information bus, installing a modem for data transmission via the Internet, telephone or mobile communications.
The electronic linked regulation system is equipped with a noise-protected CAN information bus, which supports stable signal transmission to the air damper and gas throttle servomotors.

ZM, NR, 1LN, LN, 3LN), for operation with cold and preheated (mod. H) air, for conventional and shortened (mod. SF) combustion chambers, for boiler equipment of various capacities.
Options
With the help of optional equipment, you can expand the functionality of the W-FM100/ W-FM200 burner manager and increase the efficiency and environmental friendliness of combustion. For example, when equipped with an oxygen regulation module, a special probe measures the oxygen content in the flue gases. The furnace automaton, after comparing the obtained data with the basic values, adjusts the operation of the air regulation devices, which eliminates excessive rotation of the fan and reduces electricity consumption.
When installing an inverter, the automation unit optimizes the number of revolutions of the fan motor.
