Weishaupt WKG 50/1-B gas burner, DN 100, design ZMH-1LN

Powerful and energy-efficient burner for industrial applications. Equipped with a special mixing device and reinforced thermal insulation of the housing. Adapted for high-temperature applications. It is part of the Weishaupt WKG industrial line of fully automated, high-tech burners with extensive configuration, communication and available options.

Features exec. ZMH-1LN

Weishaupt WKG 50/1-B gas burner, DN 100, exec. ZMH-1LN, art: 27750555 is prepared for high-temperature operation. The air temperature for combustion can reach +250 °C. Heat recovery from hot flue gases allows increasing the thermal efficiency of the boiler by approximately 8-9%. A heat exchanger is installed in the chimney to obtain thermal energy.

High-temperature burners are equipped with a separate fan for blowing the control unit and flame sensor, and are also equipped with internal thermal insulation, which reduces the surface temperature to a safe value. An additional advantage of using insulating material is the reduction of noise levels (72 dB).

The 1LN execution burner is equipped with a special mixing unit for more complete gas combustion, minimizing the content of nitrogen oxides in the flue gases. NOx emission class according to EN676 standards is the third.

Digital technologies

A gas burner controlled by the W-FM digital combustion manager operates automatically. The furnace controller ensures the interconnection of connected devices and components, monitors the execution of the specified program, and provides extensive configuration and communication capabilities.

The capabilities of the automation unit allow integrating the burner into a higher-level automation system, connecting to a PC, CAN bus. A modem can be installed for remote monitoring and diagnostics of the system, and data can be transmitted via the Internet, telephone or mobile communications.

The capabilities of the W-FM 100/200 combustion manager are not limited to basic functions and can be expanded by installing an oxygen regulation module, a power regulator for electronic modulation and a frequency converter of the engine speed. Optional equipment increases the efficiency and quality of combustion, minimizes resource costs.
