Industrial packaged burner for gas combustion. Operates in 2-stage progressive or modulating mode over a wide range, from 1100 to 10100 kW. It is characterized by low emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere, which allows the burner to be installed in places where strict restrictions on NOx levels apply.
Operating mode
The Riello RS 1000/M BLU TC FS1 gas burner, art: 20205814, when operating in a 2-stage progressive power control mode, smoothly switches between stages. With smooth modulation, the power changes throughout the available range, taking into account the need for heat based on the controlled parameter (temperature/pressure). A temperature or pressure sensor and an electronic power regulator are required for modulation mode. The ability to operate in modulation mode provides high efficiency of the boiler unit and complete adaptation to heat needs.
Features
- The gas burner is assembled in a monoblock housing with an ergonomic casing. It operates under the control of the RMG/M boiler automation system. Electrical components are protected against dust and moisture according to IP54 standard. The adjustment and maintenance process occurs without dismantling the burner from the boiler.
- Air for combustion is supplied by a powerful fan. The special shape of the blades reduces the sound pressure during burner operation.
- The burner operates in a repeat-short-cycle mode. Automatic restart occurs every 24 hours with activation of malfunction self-diagnosis. A special diagnostic kit (option) is used to view failure data on a computer.
- The volume of air for combustion is regulated by a servomotor that moves the air damper. The actuator simultaneously controls the throttle gas and air dampers, which contributes to a smooth change in burner power while maintaining an optimal ratio of gas-air mixture components.
- During equipment downtime, the air duct damper automatically moves to the closed position, preventing heat loss from the system and cooling of the heat generator.
- Separately, the burner is equipped with a gas ramp of the MBC series with a built-in device for controlling the tightness of gas valves. An adapter-adapter is required to install the ramp.
Low NOx System
The gas burner burns gas with minimal emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. Complies with Class 3 according to EN 676 standard. The volume of NOx emissions does not exceed 80 mg/kW·h.
