The Viscotroll 70/K33 mobile oil dispensing unit is an efficient complex for convenient movement and distribution of lubricating fluids. Equipping with a mechanical meter with an accuracy of 1% allows you to control the volume of current operations and account for the total oil consumption. All components are conveniently arranged on a robust metal frame with 4 wheels.

The dispensing module operates from a 220 Volt power supply. Thanks to reliable overheating protection, regular stops for cooling the engine are not required. The equipment is completed with a sturdy 4-wheel cart for placing 205 l drums.
The oil dispensing complex includes:
- self-priming pump with a power of 750 W with a bypass valve;
- 220-volt electric motor with dust and moisture protection IP55 and a noise level of 75 decibels;
- mechanical meter with 1% accuracy and calibration function;
- suction and 4-meter dispensing hoses;
- coarse mesh filter with a check valve;
- manual gun with a swivel connector to protect the hose from twisting;
- 2-meter power cable.
The bypass valve in the pump design provides fluid circulation with the gun closed.
The counter has 2 scales – cumulative to account for all operations and resettable to control each distribution.
