The Piusi Drum Panther DC 24/12V Mini Fuel Transfer Pump, F0034111C, is capable of pumping diesel fuel at a rate of up to 56 l/min. Thanks to the autonomous 12V/24V power source, the equipment can be used in the field, at facilities not connected to the power grid. The open design of the filling module is adapted for operation in outdoor conditions. Operating temperature range: from -30 to +45 °C, dust and moisture protection level – IP 55.
The mini fuel transfer pump kit includes:
- Ball valve electric pump with automatic ventilation;
- 12V/24V engine with overheating protection;
- Manual nozzle with swivel coupling and holder;
- Mechanical flow meter;
- Bottom filter;
- 4-meter pressure hose;
- Suction telescopic tube.
Features
The mini fuel transfer pump can be operated continuously for 30 minutes, after which the engine must be turned off to cool down.
The pump body is made of cast iron and coated with anti-corrosion protection. The pump is equipped with a bypass valve that starts fuel circulation when the nozzle flow is interrupted. This avoids water hammer and protects the equipment from damage.
The bottom filter with a detachable design removes large mechanical particles from the fuel, preventing damage to the working unit. During operation, the filter must be regularly cleaned of contaminants.
The meter has two scales: a resettable and a cumulative one for monitoring current operations and calculating total fuel consumption. The error of the device does not exceed 1%. A calibration function is provided to improve the accuracy of measurements during operation.
The electrical components of the engine are protected against dust and moisture ingress according to IP55 standard, which allows placing the mini fuel transfer pump outdoors. The manufacturer recommends installing the column under a canopy to exclude the impact of atmospheric precipitation.
The Piusi Drum Panther DC 24/12V Mini Fuel Transfer Pump is mounted on a drum with the working medium using an adapter. Fuel hoses are connected to a 3/4” thread.

The mini fuel transfer pump cannot be used to pump gasoline, water, liquid food products, solvents, corrosive environment, liquids with a density of more than 20 Cst and a temperature higher than 55°.
