Piusi BIG 1” fuel hose reel

The Hosereel 1” BIG version automatic winding drum is designed and manufactured by the Italian industrial company Piusi. It is one of the best-selling models, commonly used on fuel trucks.

Application area

The fuel hose reel of this model is designed to store and automatically rewind a dispensing hose for diesel fuel up to 10 meters long. The inner diameter of the hose used is 1 inch (25 mm).

Design features

• For mounting on a fuel truck or fuel dispensing unit, the manufacturer provides a bracket that allows you to install the working axis of the drum in any plane.
• The construction is made of stainless steel, which makes it impossible to fail due to corrosion.
• The reel is equipped with a device for automatic return of the fuel hose to its original position.
• A special lock keeps the hose from unwinding unintentionally under a pressure of up to 10 Bar.
