Gas electromagnetic valve Kromschroder VAD240R/NW-100A, art: 88000267 together with the control unit, included in the delivery set, provides reliable shut-off and accurate regulation of gas outlet pressure. It is characterized by fast response, minimal labor costs during installation, high dust and moisture protection, and a wide range of output parameter settings. Suitable for burners with gas pressure from 10 to 500 mbar.

Features

• The design combines 2 devices – a high-precision regulator of class “A” according to EN 88 and a shut-off and safety electromagnetic valve of class “A” according to EN 161.
• The electromagnetic valve is “normally closed”. It shuts off the flow when power is removed. Response time – up to 1 sec. (closing), up to 0.5 sec. (opening).
• Pressure setting is carried out using adjustment springs. Output pressure range: from 35 to 100 mbar. The regulator maintains a constant gas outlet pressure at different flow rates.
• Working voltage 230 V, 50/60 Hz. Electrical elements are reliably protected from dust and moisture, standard IP 65. Electrical connection – cable entry M20.
• A standard saddle is used in the electromagnetic valve. The housing is cast from aluminum. Seal material – NBR rubber. Permissible operating temperatures from -20 to +60 °C.
• Simple and reliable fastening is carried out on the Rp 1 1/2" thread. When installing, the valve should be positioned with the magnet upwards (position – vertical or horizontal). Accessories: 2 plugs on the right, 2 threaded caps on the left.
• Place of use – atmospheric, blast gas burners and burners operating on excess air.

Environment

The working medium for the Kromschroder VAD240R/NW-100A combined valve is natural gas, liquefied gas (gaseous phase), biogas (H₂S not more than 0.1%), air. Other gases – on request. Important: gas should not condense.
