FBR GAS XP 80/M CE TL + R. CE D1"1/2 – S gas burner

The FBR GAS XP 80/M CE TL + R. CE D1"1/2-S gas burner burns natural and liquefied gas (a conversion kit to propane is required). The special design of the burner head ensures combustion with low levels of harmful substances and high efficiency. The burner is installed in industrial boilers and heat generators with a capacity of up to 680 kW.

Features

• The design is a monoblock with an integrated air fan and a control panel mounted on the housing, which contributes to maximum compactness and ease of use. The burner is supplied assembled. The gas ramp is mounted separately.
• The fan with an asynchronous energy-saving electric motor provides the necessary air volume for combustion. Supports a stable flame in combustion chambers of various types.
• The 385 mm long flame head is adjustable in depth of installation, allowing the burner to be used in boilers of different designs.
• An electric servo drive, acting proportionally on the air damper and gas throttle valve, is equipped with a cam with a variable profile to improve exhaust gas parameters and achieve maximum combustion efficiency.
• The modulation device helps maintain a stable ratio of gas and air, complete combustion of the mixture.
• The burner is equipped with a mounting flange compatible with most boilers and a 7-pin connector for electrical connection.
• A strong and lightweight aluminum alloy is used for the housing. The fire tube and flame disc are made of stainless heat-resistant steel. Quick access to serviceable components is provided. A protective cover with a sound-absorbing plate minimizes noise levels.
