Powerful combined combustion system for industrial applications. It alternately burns gas and diesel fuel, providing a continuous heat supply. The progressive burner is manufactured according to European safety and environmental standards. The power is adjustable over a wide range, from 880 to 7500 kW.

Features

• The CIB Unigas K750A MG.PR.SR.A.8.65.EA gas-diesel burner is used for burning natural gas, propane, and diesel fuel.
• It is equipped with a standard nozzle. Adjustment of the depth of installation of the burner head allows you to optimize the position of the burner in the combustion chamber.
• The kit includes a gas ramp with 2 solenoid valves, a gas overpressure relay, and a leak detection control unit. Connection parameters: DN 65.
• The burner operates in intermittent mode. Every 24 hours, the system shuts down and restarts for self-test. All functions are controlled by the boiler automation.
• The ventilation system forces air into the combustion chamber under pressure, serving to maintain stable flame combustion in combustion chambers of any type (with low and high resistance). The modification works without an inverter. The burner is supplied with a plastic air intake (ABS plastic).
• The burner is equipped with an ergonomic control panel with dust and moisture protection of electrical contacts of class IP40.

Operating conditions

CIB Unigas K750A combined burners can be operated at air temperatures from -15 to +50 °C in rooms with sufficient ventilation and humidity not exceeding 80%. The presence of aggressive fumes and dust accumulations is not allowed at the installation site.
